question for the makers

Just downloaded this and ran a scan. The report said that there was no malware on my box. Hooray!
Question though: Throughout the scan, about 5 times, a little window with a home icon on the left would pop up and it said "are you sure you want to log out?” “if you do nothing in a minute it will be logged out automatically.” I didn’t do anything to cause this to pop up. I Just sat and watched as it did its scan not wanting to interrupt its process and would hit cancel everytime it poped up asking me if I was sure I wanted to log out. So why is it asking me this if I never attempted logging out?
